2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents in W.P.(MD)No.7235 of 2020 and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents in W.P.(MD)No.7245 of 2020 . 3.The petitioners are the successful bidders who were awarded contracts by the respondents. According to the petitioners, they completed the contracted work and raised bills. However, the bills have not been settled for the completed work. In this connection, the petitioners have sent their representation to the respondents. However, they have not acted upon the same.
4.Considering the limited nature of prayer sought for in these writ petitions, these writ petitions are disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the representations of the respective petitioners and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
