Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to issue legal Heir Certificate by taking into account of the petitioner's representation dated 5.12.2014.

ORDER

Seeking Legal Heir Certificate, on the death of the father of the petitioner, by producing certain documents, the petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondents, on 05.12.2014, which has been kept pending, without any rhyme or reason, resulting the petitioner to come forward with this Writ Petition.

2. Mr.S.Chandrasekar learned Government Advocate takes notice for the official respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The Legal Heir Certificate is one of the important documents for the applicant. Once the petitioner produces the relevant documents as required by the authorities, there is no impediment for the respondents to issue the Legal Heir Certificate. Therefore, without going into the mertis of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.12.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
