RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant extension of time for a period of one month to appear before the concerned Magistrate and to execute the bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each with two common sureties in Crime No. 10 of 2020, on the file of the respondent herein by allowing the above petition.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.JESSI JEEVA PRIYA, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.S.CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Since there was a difficulty in arranging the sureties, the petitioners are unable to execute the sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.3359 of 2020 dated 25.02.2020.

CRL MP(MD) No.3469 of 2020 3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 25.02.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3359 of 2020 is extended till 21.07.2020.
