ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 447, 379, 434,420,304(i) r/w.511 of IPC and 3(i) of TNPPDL Act and 3(a), 4(a) Explosive substances Act , 4(i), 4(i/A) Under Section 21 of Mines and Minerals Regulation of Development Act, 1957 in Crime No.20 of 2015, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with others illegally had taken away large quantity of granite illegally encroaching on adjacent government land without quarrying in the permitted areas and caused loss of Rs.55.86 crores to the Government in contravention of Mines and Minerals Regulation of Development Act, 1957 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners along with others illegally had taken away large quantity of granite and caused loss of Rs.55.86 crores to the Government and the crime is of the year 2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Taking note of the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the trial court daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
