(CRIME NO.147 OF 2020) ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD) No. 6289 of 2020 dated 17.06.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.SELVAM, Advocate for Mr.S.MUTHUKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL OP(MD) No.6289 of 2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.6289 of 2020 on 20.06.2020 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, states that the petitioner is appearing before the respondent police regularly from 20.06.2020.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is appearing before the respondent police for more than a month and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.3465 of 2020 also taking note of the fact that the co-accused is still absconding, this Court is inclined to modify the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e.every Monday at 10.30.am.
