Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent herein to dispose of the Revision Petition in Na.Ka.No.B628826/2015 dated 1.6.2015 within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER
Aggrieved over the order made by the Revenue Divisional Officer, dated 25.03.2015, the petitioner has filed a revision petition before the District Revenue Officer, on 17.06.2015. Seeking to dispose of the said revision petition, the petitioner is before this Court.
2. Mrs.S.Bharathi learned Government Advocate takes notice for the official respondents.
3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the revision petition is disposed of, by the first respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.
5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent would submit that the revision petition will be considered in accordance with law.
6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the revision petition, dated 01.06.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the petitioner as well as the interested parties, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
