2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that FIR has been registered against the petitioners in Crime No.4 of 2017, dated 23.02.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 447 and 506(i) of IPC..

4. Since, FIR has been registered against the petitioner, the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and to file a fresh application without back papers and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, without back papers.
