Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner was granted license by the fourth respondent to run the Aavin Milk Booth at the petition mentioned site. The petitioner wants extension of the license period. He has given a request in this regard.

3. The fourth respondent shall consider the same and pass an appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
