ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 15.12.2025 by considering her representation dated 12.02.2026, in accordance with law.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had preferred an appeal before the first respondent on 15.12.2025 and that the same is pending consideration before the first respondent.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the appeal preferred by the petitioner will be disposed of by the first respondent, after conducting due enquiry and in accordance with law, within a time frame.

4.In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, directs the first respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
