Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to grant disability certificate to the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.6.2015 within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. For Petitioner : M/s.Suresh Kumar For Respondents : Mr.K.Guru Additional Government Pleader

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition praying for a Writ of Mandamus to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.06.2015. By the said representation, he has requested the authorities to issue a disability certificate to him.

2. Mr.K.Guru, learned Addl.Govt.Pleader takes notice for the official respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, by the respondents, on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned Addl.Govt.Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the second and the third respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 15.06.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
