It is an application seeking a direction to therespondent to register a case based on the complaint dated 5.10.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the petition has been closed.
4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the complainant within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
