This contempt petition has been filed to punish the contemnor / third respondent for his wilful disobedience of the order dated 29.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4037 of 2023.

2.The petitioner has moved this petition by alleging that the contemnor, who has entered into an agreement in the Mediation Centre, has not complied with the terms of the agreement. 3.This Court has disposed of the petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4037 of 2023 by recording the agreement arrived at between the parties and no direction has been issued. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
