O R D E R

This petition has been filed for the direction, directing the first respondent to withdraw the petitioner's complaint dated 09.06.2020 and 15.06.2020 pending before the second respondent and entrust the same to any other officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police for investigation.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the complaints have been lodged by the petitioner on 09.06.2020 and 15.06.2020, still now the second respondent has not initiated any action and, thereby transfer of investigation is necessary for settling the grievance of the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the complaints dated 09.06.2020 and 15.06.2020, the second respondent had registered a case in Crime No.688 of 2020, on 02.07.2020, for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 379(NP) IPC.

4.Considering the submission made by either side, the grievance redresses by the petitioner was already settled by the second respondent by way of registering the case. Accordingly, the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.

5.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
