Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to take appropriate steps to hand over the maintenance and fishery rights of the Kavichankulam Tank to the Alambakkam Village Panchayat in view of the petitioner's representation dated 16.3.2015 within the stipulated period.

ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition praying for a Writ of Mandamus to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.03.2015. By the said representation, he requested the authorities to give fishery rights of Kavichankulam Tank to the Alambakkam Village Panchayat.
2. Mr.K.Guru, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the official respondents.
3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, by the respondents, on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.
5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the second and third respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.03.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, as well as the relevant Government Orders applicable from time to time, after giving notice to the petitioner as well as the interested parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
