ORDER
Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. However, he submits that the suit is pending for trial and it may be expedited.

Having regard to the aforesaid submission, it shall be ensured by the learned District Munsif, Vadipatti, Madurai that there is atleast one effective hearing every month showing progress of the case and quarterly reports in that regard shall be sent to the Registrar (Judicial) of the Court till final orders are passed in the case.
3. In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 14.11.2025 Index : Yes/No NCC : Yes/No tta 2/4
