ORDER
This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.287 of 2016 and to file charge sheet within a time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires six months time to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No. 287 of 2016.
4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ and to file the final report in Crime No.287 of 2016, before the
Court concerned within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
