It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent police to not to harass the petitioners.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondent Police frequently called the petitioners to the Police Station and harassed them under the guise of enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint lodged against the petitioners, enquiry has been conducted and the complaint has been closed. 5.In view of closure of complaint, the presence of the petitioners is not required by the respondent police. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
