This petition has been filed to quash the case in M.C.No.31 of 2016, on the file of Sub Divisional Magistrate cum Sub Collector, Cheranmahadevi and quash the order against this petitioners, dated 15.12.2016.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 30.01.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, the case was directed to be posted on 01.02.2017, under the caption "For Dismissal" Even today, neither the petitioners nor their counsel is present before this Court to prosecute the case.

3. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
