[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenu, seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 & 2 to produce the person or body of the detenu, namely, Gowri, daughter of Kadarkarai, aged about 17, before this Court and set her at liberty.

informs her willingness to return to parental home. The parents of the detenu are agreeable for the same.
3. Recording the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
