CR.NO. 22 OF 2022 ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2696 of 2022 on 01/03/2022.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. AJMALKHAN S A, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.2696/2022, dated 01.03.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. He would further submit that the investigation is pending.

4. Considering the above, the first and second petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 am., until further orders and the condition imposed as against the third petitioner is fully relaxed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
