PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to cancelled the fake documents in Doc.No.3752/2020, dated 29.12.2020, Doc.No.102 and 103/2021, dated 11.01.2021, registered before the 6th respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 03.12.2021.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the third respondent to cancel the alleged fake documents bearing document No.45 of 2002, dated 30.09.2002, document No.3752/2020, dated 29.12.2020 and document Nos.102 and 103/2021, dated 11.01.2021, registered with the 5th and 6th respondents, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 03.12.2021, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2.The petitioner alleges that the aforementioned documents are fraudulent documents. He has given a representation on 03.12.2021, seeking for cancellation of those documents.
3.Heard Mr.K.Asok Kumar Ram, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 6. 4.On instructions, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the 4th respondent has already initiated enquiry based on the petitioner's representation.
5.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation, dated 03.12.2021, seeking for cancellation of the aforementioned documents is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and the respondents 7 to 10 and any other necessary party, whom the fourth respondent deems fit to enquire. 6.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the fourth respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 03.12.2021, seeking for cancellation of the documents namely, document No.45 of 2002, dated 30.09.2002, document No.3752/2020, dated 29.12.2020 and document Nos.102 and 103/2021, dated 11.01.2021, registered with the 5th and 6th respondents, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner as well as the respondents 7 to 10 and any other necessary party, whom the fourth 2/4
respondent deems fit to enquire, including granting them the right of personal hearing, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7.With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
