Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to provide the petitioner an appointment on compassionate grounds in any suitable post depending upon the petitioner's qualification in the 1st respondent Corporation within the time frame that may be stipulated by this Court. O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents Corporation to provide appointment on compassionate grounds in any suitable post in the 1st respondent Corporation based on the petitioner's qualification, within the time frame. 2.Mr.D.Sivaraman, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents Corporation submitted that for appointing persons on compassionate ground, a seniority list has been maintaining by the respondents Corporation and the name of the petitioner has been included in the seniority list.

orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
