ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with the present Writ petition seeking an order to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the impugned order dated 29.05.2014 under the proceedings No.D8198 - Sa 18 - Ona P-TNSTC - Thili - 12 on the file of the 2nd respondent and to quash the same. 2.Mr.K.Sathiya Singh, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the appeal of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the appeal of the petitioner, dated 05.08.2014 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the petitioner, and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected M.Ps are closed. 6.It is open to the petitioner to make additional submission, if any, on the date of personal hearing.
