O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the 4th respondent to conduct enquiry and dispose the same by considering order passed by the 5th respondent through his proceedings in Na.Ka.L1/4386/2025 dated 09.07.2025 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is seeking rectification of a UDR error. He further 2/5

stated that the District Revenue Officer had taken up the petitioner's complaint and conducted an enquiry, which has since been completed. However, before an order could be passed, the Lok Sabha elections were announced, and therefore the respondents were unable to pass the order.

3. Considering the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court directs the respondents to pass order on or before 01.06.2026 in the light of the order passed by the 5th respondent dated 09.07.2025.
