This petition has been filed to direct the 1st Respondent herein to transfer the investigation of the complaint, given by the Petitioner dated 13.10.2016 from the 2nd Respondent to any other investigating agency more fully CBCID/3rd Respondent herein and to file a report before this Honourable Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State. Mr.Packiasamy, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, DCB, Dindigul is present.

3. On the complaint given by Vijayalakshmi / the petitioner herein, petition enquiry is pending before the 2nd respondent. While so, Vijayalakshmi has filed the present petition for transfer of enquiry from the file of the 2nd respondent to CBCID on the ground that the enquiry is not conducted fairly.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that after having given the complaint, the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry.

5. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear before the 2nd respondent and co-operate with the enquiry. The 2nd respondent is directed to expeditiously conduct the enquiry and keep the petitioner informed about the result of the same.
