Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C., to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul in Crl.M.P.No.862 of 2022, dated 31.03.2022 to sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Oddanchatram, Dindigul District instead of signing before the respondent Police.

O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul in Crl.M.P.No.862 of 2022, dated 31.03.2022, directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.00. am for the continuous period of 30 days.

2. It is evident from the records that the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul, in Crl.M.P.No.862 of 2022, has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with conditions that the petitioner has to appear and sign before the respondent police/Oddanchatram Police Station, daily at 10.00 am for the continuous period of 30 days. Aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner has filed the above petition, seeking modification of the conditions imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul, in Crl.M.P.No.862 of 2022, dated 31.03.2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.8384 of 2022 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Vedachandur Police Station daily at 10.00 am for a period of one month and all other conditions imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul shall remain unaltered. 4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
