PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the respondent to grant educational loan to the petitioner for the academic year (2012-2013), (2013-2014), (2014 - 2015).

In this writ petition the petitioner is seeking for issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the respondent to grant educational loan to the petitioner for the academic year (2012-2013), (2013-2014), (2014 - 2015).

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent bank submitted that if the petitioner produce mark statement, the respondent bank will consider the education loan as per IBI norms.

4. Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
