This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy and hence, it is necessary to call him for some enquiry. However, at present there is no case filed against the petitioner. Hence, it is not necessary to harass the petitioner unnecessarily. The petitioner cannot approach this Court unnecessarily, by filing any petition in anticipation of some action.

4. Recording the submission the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Criminal Original petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner unnecessarily and if the petitioner is called for enquiry, it shall be done only after issuing summons to the petitioner.
