ORDER

By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 1/3

to 4 and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the fifth respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a successful bidder in a tender-cum-auction notice issued for collecting caged and uncaged motor vehicles (Lorry, Van, Tempo, Trucks etc) carrying fish and vegetables inside the market area. According to the petitioner, vide order dated 27.03.2020, the fifth respondent has prevented the vehicles from entering into the market area. As a result of which, the petitioner is loosing Rs.5,000/- from vehicles entering into the market on 11.06.2020. However, the same has not been considered so far. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the fifth respondent submits that the respondents will consider the representation of the petitioner within a period of 15 days from today. The undertaking given stands recorded. 5.In view of the undertaking given by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the fifth respondent, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
