Mr.N.Shanmuga Selvam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final hearing.

The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus, to direct the second respondent to revoke the order of suspension and permit the petitioner to join duty with all attendance and monetary benefits by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the limited scope of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the claim made by the petitioner, I direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 09.05.2018, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
