ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the 4th respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 19.04.2021, wherein the petitioner has sought for the issuance of patta in his name with respect to the subject property.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the subject properties were purchased by virtue of three sale deeds dated 06.12.1976, 04.03.1985 and 03.10.1988. The further case of the petitioner is 1/3

that she has inherited the properties, after the demise of the grandfather and father of the petitioner. To substantiate the same, the death certificate and the legal heirship certificate have been filed at Page Nos.22 and 23 of the typed set of papers.

3. The petitioner, thereafter, made a representation to the respondents seeking for the issuance of patta in her name with respect to the subject property. The latest representation was made by the petitioner in this regard on 19.04.2021. Since the same did not evoke any response, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 19.04.2021 and deal with the same on its own merits and pass orders within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the fourth respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order.

7. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
