ORDER

WP(MD).No.14413 of 2013 was closed by this Court on 02.08.2022 on the ground that the petitioner had passed away and the legal heirs of the petitioner have not responded to substitute themselves. Now, the present application has been filed by the legal heir to restore the writ petition. 2.Accordingly, this writ miscellaneous petition is allowed and the writ petition is restored.
