ORDER : This Criminal Original Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.ANTO PRINCE, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Original Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.M.P.No.2584 of 2024 by order dated 13.03.2024 by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that though the condition to report before the police was imposed on 13.03.2024, the petitioners have so far not reported before the respondent Police.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
