ORDER
It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members in the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by her mother Muppidathi. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent Police frequently called the petitioner and her family members to the Police Station and harassed them under the guise of enquiry.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint lodged against the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and the respondent has closed the petition.
5.In view of closure of complaint, the presence of the petitioner and her family members is not required by the respondent police. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
