ORDER

The writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the respondents to fix the guideline value to the petitioners patta land in S.No.175/3B1 situated in Chinnamupanpatti Village Virudhunagar Talluk and District on the basis of the representation dated 08.07.2025.

2. Heard Mr.G.Sridharan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents.

3. Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the material records of the case, the grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has purchased the property in S.No.175/3B1 vide Sale deed dated 03.07.1985 bearing Doc.No.2100/1985. Patta also stands in the name of the petitioner in respect of the subject property in Patta.No.902. As a matter of fact, even in the records maintained by the 2/6

Revenue Department, the land is shown as a private land. However, in the records maintained on behalf of the Registration Department, for the purpose of guideline value, the same is shown as zero value. Therefore, the petitioner has made the representation to fix the guideline value in respect of the petitioner's property, however, the same is pending. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader taking notice on behalf of the respondents would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 08.07.2025 will be considered and orders will be passed in accordance with law.

5. This writ petition disposed of on the following terms:- i.
