ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.54 of 2022, dated 06.03.2022 pending on the file of the first respondent. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the first respondent police have completed the investigation and referred the case as 'Mistake of Fact' and the closure report has been filed before the concerned Court. Hence, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
