Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the records. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 218 days is condoned and this petition is ordered. However, the petitioner / claimant is not entitled to claim any interest for the delay period.
