Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.MOHAN.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.KR.BHARATHI KANNAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the State.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate, the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and the investigation is not yet completed.

CRL MP(MD) No.3402 of 2021 petitioner are modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
