This Criminal Original petition is filed only to direct the second respondent to include the main accused, namely, Sathish, and to file final report in Crime No.86 of 2017 pending on the file of the second respondent police, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 01.07.2017 to the first respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.
3. It appears that on 17.03.2017, the petitioner's wife, namely, Sobhana has given a complaint before the second respondent and the case was registered in Crime No.86 of 2017 under Sections 294(b), 324, 307 and 506(ii) I.P.C.
4. Since the ultimate direction is to file a final report, the grievance of the petitioner that the second respondent has to include the main accused by name, Sathish, is a matter for investigation.

5. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) on instructions, submitted that the second respondent will be able to file a final report, within a period of three months.
6. Hence, this Court direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent shall also consider the grievance of the petitioner that the main accused, namely, Sathish is not included in the case.
7. With the above direction, the Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
