To call for the records in C.C.No.313 of 2017 dated 10.05.2019 on the file of the Learned Principal Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Madurai and set aside the same.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.JEGADEESH PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.5841/2019 in Crl.A(MD) No.281/2019, dated 19.08.2019.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court weekly twice i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 am., until further orders.
