ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.27 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police to the competent Judicial Magistrate Court in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires six months time to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.27 of 2016.

and to file the final report in Crime No.27 of 2016, before the Court concerned within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
