This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry on any false complaint lodged by the petitioner's father.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3. This Court, in earlier order, dated 10.07.2017, directed the the petitioner to appear before this Court.

4. The petitioner's father has given a complaint that the petitioner is missing. The petitioner has now filed the present petition not to harass the petitioner.

5. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner has reported that she has separated from her father on her own volition and so the complaint of the petitioner's father can be closed.

6. In the said circumstances, the present petition filed before this Court by the petitioner is not a bonafide one. Therefore, the Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
