Prayer in Crl.A(MD)No.205 of 2022:- Criminal Appeal Petition filed under Section 378(3) Cr.P.C., to set aside the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.505 of 2022 dated 08.03.2022 by the Principal Sessions Judge cum PCR Court, Karur and pleased to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with the case in Crime No.182 of 2022 pending investigation on the file of the Second respondent police herein. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.Balasubramanian, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Aasha, Government Advocate for the 1st & 2nd Respondents, this Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD) No.205 of 2022 dated 14.03.2022
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition.
4. In the light of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD) No.205 of 2022 dated 14.03.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the second respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am., until further orders.
5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
