.. Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents police to not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the pretext of petition enquiry on the file of the respondent police in the nature and circumstances of the case.

ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the pretext of petition enquiry 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent Police frequently called the petitioner and his family members to the Police Station and harassed them under the guise of enquiry.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint lodged against the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and the complaint has been closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.In view of closure of complaint, the presence of the petitioner and his family members is not required by the respondent police. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
