ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A-1 to A-4, in Crime No.2 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 406, 294(b) and 506(ii) of I.P.C and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is the wife of first petitioner and she married the first petitioner on 22.06.2016 and from the date of marriage, the petitioners harassed the defacto complainant by demanding more dowry and threatening her.

3.The matter was mediated by this Court at Chamber and at that time, the defacto complainant stated that she does not wants to live with the husband as the husband's family is compelling her for illegal relationship.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the first petitioner and the defacto complainant loved each other and married and she conceived and without informing the petitioner, she aborted. The petitioner is working at Coimbatore and he is willing to reunion with the defacto complainant. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
