ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.123 of 2022. The petitioner appeared once, thereafter, he failed to appear for enquiry. However, the petitioner undertakes to settle the issue.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it is a case of job racketing and the petitioner had arranged a job for the defacto complainant, but he could not secure a job. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3.Whatever it may be, the parties can settle their issue before the concerned respondent Police. If the petitioner finds any trouble in future, he can work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
