O R D E R
The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take appropriate action, based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 18.04.2018, in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.177, dated 14.06.1993, within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3. The case of the petitioner is that he was appointed as Junior Assistant in the Public Health and Preventive Medicine Department, on 19.02.1993. Thereafter, on 05.10.2010, he was posted as Junior Water Analyst. Subsequently, on 20.02.2014, he was posted to the second respondent office. On 03.07.2017, he was posted as incharge officer in the absence of the second respondent and on the said date, one of the staff worked under him quarrelled with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner. Hence, the petitioner made a representation to the first respondent through fax to initiate appropriate action against the said staff and also sent a representation to the respondents on 18.04.2018. Despite receipt of the same, there was no response from the respondents. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that no action is forthcoming till date and such submission is not denied by the counsel for the respondents.
5. In such view of the matter, this Court, directs the respondents to consider the representation dated 18.04.2018 submitted by the petitioner, after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all the interested parties and thereafter proceed in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
