ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the third respondent to issue patta in respect of the Natham land situated in Old Survey No.105, New Survey No.252, at S.Kannaur West Village, Mannachanallur Taluk, Trichy District, by considering his representation dated 21.02.2023. 2.Heard the arguments Mr.T.Leninkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.According to the petitioner, the subject property is his ancestral property and has been in possession and enjoyment of his family for the past 90 years. It is also stated that in the registered partition deed executed among the family, there was a reference about the subject property. Based on the said right and possession, the petitioner
submitted a representation before the respondents on 21.02.2023 seeking issuance of patta. The same has not been considered. Hence, he has come before this Court.
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.03.2023 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
