O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members by interfering the civil dispute.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 4.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in relation to the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4, the case is pending and the petitioner is being harassed by the second respondent unnecessarily. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) on instructions submitted that the complaint has been received against the petitioner and that the petition enquiry alone is pending.

Since it is alleged that the civil suit is pending and the dispute is purely civil in nature, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to not to harass the petitioner and if the petitioner is called for enquiry, it shall be done only after issuing summons to the petitioner and in the manner known to law.

6. With the above direction, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
