3. The petitioner/husband filed this petition, stating that the second respondent is harassing the petitioner, on a complaint received from his wife.
4. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) on instructions submitted that the complaint has already been enquired and closed and that therefore, there is no necessity for further enquiry and no question of harassment.
